I actually building up new business (Beauty Salon) and I'm also employed for 4 years having a good salary. So much politics inside the office which I'm involved but I'm gaining good salary. I'm very confuse now if I should stay or just resign. Good Salary vs Business (Not sure if will succeed). Its killing me... I love my work but talking behind me is not good. Hope you understand what I'm pointing out here. Need your advice. Ive been thinking this for more than a month now.
